This was a fun LD to work on, but unfortunately, it was the first in which life got in the way. Both me and my partner had to work during the weekend which drastically cut the time we had down in half. This meant a lot of polish and balance ended up not making it in. The toy drop rates need to be shortened and the toy battery charge needs to be lengthened. The enemy spawns need to relax a little bit, but regardless, still pretty proud of what we were able to achieve given the circumstances. The theme was “Running out of power,” so we decided on a battery desperately trying to save his buddy’s charge before the evil batteries can steal it.
